Knockholt 1's won the toss and inserted FCC on a difficult wicket, Paul Bensley(11) was the first to fall but that wasn’t a problem as Hadleigh Wiles (51) continued some early form a battled for his 50 with George Hutchins (49) falling agonisingly short, they set the platform but it couldn’t be built upon with the next 8 batsmen contributing just 29 runs youngster Matt Bowles (13) the only other reaching double figures.
At the break 143 all out wasn't a great first half, not hanging on what had just happened FCC took to the field with intent of defending their disappointing total, with all the bowlers working hard and chipping in with wickets it the only real resistance in James Fishwick was extinguished when he bowled for 34 by Simon Price for his second of 3 wicket ending with yet again impressive figures of 8-3-16-3 again backed up by Pete Sutton 7-3-7-1 and Matt Ward 7-3-13-2
Mark Collier and Hadleigh Wiles also picked up 2 wickets each and Knockholt were all out for 90
