As it stands in the Constitution from 2017:
5 VOLUNTARY CODE OF CONDUCT
5.1 Any player must agree to abide by this Voluntary Code of Conduct and in so doing have accepted that there is no right of appeal against any sanction contained within this Voluntary Code of Conduct.
5.2 Every player in the League must explicitly acknowledge the constitution of the League and, in particular, the powers of the League in relation to conduct and breaches of the rules, including the procedures specified and undertake to be bound by them including the powers of suspension without recourse to appeal unless such appeal is so specified.

5.2 Every player in the League must explicitly acknowledge the constitution of the League and, in particular, the powers of the League in relation to conduct and breaches of the rules, including the procedures specified and undertake to be bound by them including the powers of suspension without recourse to appeal unless such appeal is so specified.
5.3 Any player reported by an Umpire for bad behaviour shall be suspended by his Club for the next TWO (2) League matches played.
5.3.1 The suspension is deemed to cover ALL cricket, so a banned player CANNOT play for another team or Club during the suspension period.
5.4 Any player reported for bad behaviour for a 2nd time in any two (2) consecutive seasons shall be suspended by his Club for the next FOUR (4) League matches played.
5.5 Suspensions will be carried over to the following season if applicable.
5.6 Any player reported for bad behaviour on THREE (3) occasions in any two (2) consecutive seasons shall be asked to leave the Club.
5.7 Any player to whom clause 5.6 above applies shall NOT be permitted to join any other KCVL Club at any time in the future.
5.8 Where the same player has been reported on the 2nd occasion in any two (2) consecutive seasons his Club shall be fined the sum of £30.00. Thereafter for a 3rd reporting of that player in that period the Club shall be fined a further sum of £30.00.
5.9 If any individual Club has three (3) players reported within two (2) consecutive seasons, that Club shall be fined the sum of £50.00. For every additional player reported within that period, the Club shall be fined a further sum of £20.00 for each additional player reported.
